2022.7.7 -- Hydroman™ Submersible Sand Suction Dredge Pumps is a kind of heavy duty submersible sand pump that can be mounted on dredgers, in trailing pipes, on ladders of cutter dredgers or sand win dredgers for the dredging process to transport underwater sand, slurry, sludge, gravel or other sediments to specified place. Submersible Sand Suction Pump can be submersed to extremely highly mixed densities by electric or hydraulic driven suction heads and accessories available for your different dredging works.

Hydroman™ submersible dredger pump has the characteristics of compact structure, portable installation, high chrome wearing component, heavy duty mechanical sealing system, overload thermal protection system and versatile accessories which make it flexible for dredging applications.

Hydroman™ Submersible Dredging Sand Pump Service conditions Parameter Features：

▪ The power source is  three-phase alternating-current supply, and the capacity of the substation transformator is two to three times of the rated capacity of the motor.Power source can be ordered to design to match different frequency&voltage of different country/location or under your request.

▪ The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60 Celsius,If temperature is higher than 60 Celsius,jacket can be added to cooling  by water.The medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

▪ The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 70%.

▪ The submerged depth of the unit is not more than 30 meters, and not less than 1 meter.

▪ The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.
